Returns

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
